核家族・ひとり親・自宅介護・育児中・お年寄りが働きやすい職場を実現。

子ども（待機児童や不登校児）を連れてこられる、学校に送迎すれば通える子の親御さん、引きこもりの子がいるため時々様子を見に自宅に帰ることもある程度自由にできる、在宅勤務も選べる、お年寄りも子どもも安心して過ごせる環境がある職場を実現させることが目標です。

A workplace where parents can bring their children, whether they are on a waitlist for daycare or struggling with school.
Where parents can drop off their children at school and still have the flexibility to work.
Where those with withdrawn children can check on them at home when needed.
Where remote work is an option.
A place where both the elderly and children feel safe and welcome.
